All sales are considered final
On rare conditions there are exceptions
made.
Because all our furniture
is custom built when you order it, Countryside Amish Furniture does not accept
returns. If on rare occasions, (such as the death of a recipient) and the
furniture is no longer needed when the furniture arrives, Countryside Amish Furniture
will refund the customer if the furniture is returned at the customer's expense
plus a 15% restocking fee. This also applies if furniture needs to be returned
for any other reason.
Once an order is placed, it
is processed immediately in order to get your furniture as soon as possible.
If on rare occasion the customer wishes to cancel within 24 hours there will
be a minimum charge of $15 to compensate for credit card merchant fees.
